2. No Legal Advice / No Guarantees

All information on this Site is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only. Nothing on this Site is legal, financial, or professional advice.

We try to keep information accurate and updated; however, we do not guarantee that any information on the Site is:

  • complete or free from errors;
  • current or up to date at all times;
  • suitable for any particular purpose.

Prices, response times, availability, and service areas may change at any time without prior notice. If you rely on information from this Site, you do so at your own risk.

3. Service Area and Availability

Service availability depends on technician schedule, traffic, distance, safety, weather, and other external factors. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any service if:

  • the situation appears unsafe or illegal;
  • access to the property or vehicle cannot be reasonably verified;
  • the customer behaves aggressively, disrespectfully, or suspiciously;
  • payment cannot be secured.

4. Verification of Ownership / Access

By requesting locksmith services, you confirm that you are the owner of the property or vehicle, or you have full legal permission and authority to request locksmith services for that property or vehicle.

We may request identification and documentation, including but not limited to:

  • government-issued ID;
  • vehicle registration, title, or insurance documents;
  • proof of address, lease, or similar documentation for property.

If you cannot provide sufficient proof, we may refuse service. We are not responsible for any false statements you make when requesting services. Providing false information or requesting services for property you do not legally control may be considered a crime, and we may cooperate with law enforcement if necessary.

5. Pricing, Estimates, and Payments

All prices and quotes are estimates unless explicitly confirmed in writing before work starts. Final pricing may depend on the actual condition of locks, doors, vehicles, ignitions, wiring, or other systems discovered on-site.

Any additional work or parts required may be billed separately. Payment is typically due immediately upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may accept payment by cash, card (via Square or similar payment processor), or other methods if explicitly agreed. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers, and we are not responsible for their systems, outages, fees, or errors.

6. Cancellations and Trip Fees

Once a technician is dispatched, a trip fee or service call fee may apply even if:

  • you cancel after the technician is already on the way;
  • we are unable to complete the work due to missing access, incorrect information, or unsafe conditions.

Trip fees and cancellation terms will be explained at the time of booking or in the confirmation message.

7. Damage and Limitations of Liability

Locksmith work sometimes involves risk of cosmetic damage to locks, doors, frames, trim, glass, or weatherstripping, as well as marks, drilling, or manipulation required to gain entry or perform the service.

By requesting our services, you understand and agree that:

  • some methods of entry or repair may unavoidably cause minor damage, which is considered a normal and acceptable part of the service;
  • we will make reasonable efforts to minimize damage, but we cannot guarantee zero damage;
  • we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or hidden defects inside locks, doors, ignitions, wiring, or related systems;
  • we are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages such as lost time, missed work, towing costs, rental cars, or lost profits.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim related to the Site or our services is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. No Warranty

All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to:

  • warranties of merchantability;
  • fitness for a particular purpose;
  • non-infringement;
  • uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Any warranties on parts or hardware may be limited by the manufacturer and subject to their own policies.
